This policy explains payment methods, checkout totals, billing information, authorization, transaction review, cancellations, refunds, and payment-security practices for purchases made through mirestano.com.
Before submitting payment
Available methods
Supported methods include PayPal, Visa, eligible Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where presented at checkout. Individual availability may depend on your device, region, provider eligibility, and issuer authorization.
Checkout total
Checkout displays the selected products, quantities, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected through checkout before payment is submitted. Review selected variants and included-component descriptions before confirming.
Currency
The displayed checkout currency is used for the transaction unless stated otherwise. Your financial institution may separately apply conversion charges or other fees. We do not control independently imposed bank or provider charges.
Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and have provided accurate billing information. A payment request does not guarantee issuer approval.
Billing information
Provide complete and accurate billing details. Material discrepancies between the information supplied and your provider’s records may delay or prevent authorization.
When payment needs attention
Transaction review
Payments may undergo authorization, fraud screening, identity verification, or other security review by the payment provider, issuer, or financial institution. Fulfillment may be held where reasonably necessary to resolve a transaction concern.
Declined payments
A payment may be declined because of inaccurate details, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, security screening, or another provider decision. Mirestano cannot override independent authorization decisions.
Failed payments
Check your billing information and payment details before trying again. Your issuer or payment provider can explain restrictions or authorization decisions specific to the transaction.
Pending authorizations
Some providers display a temporary authorization before settlement. A pending entry is not necessarily a completed charge and may settle or be released. The relevant institution controls the release timing of an authorization hold.
Duplicate pending entries
If two pending entries appear after a purchase attempt, one may be an authorization rather than a completed duplicate charge. If both remain after normal processing, contact your institution and Customer Support with non-sensitive transaction details.
Order verification
We may request limited non-sensitive information reasonably necessary to verify an order. This does not include your complete card number, CVV, payment password, or one-time authentication code.
Payment processing
Payments are handled through applicable third-party payment systems. Providers process credentials according to their security and privacy practices and may require additional authentication.
Reversals, refunds, and billing support
Canceled orders
If a canceled order requires a reversal or refund, the applicable amount is generally returned through the original method where possible. A pending authorization may instead be released by the provider.
Refund method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Where this is not possible, Customer Support will explain the available appropriate arrangement.
Refund timing
Eligible approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after approval. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence. Your institution or provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Refund not visible
If more than 10 business days have passed after confirmed issuance and the credit is not visible, contact Customer Support and the relevant institution. Provide the order number and available refund confirmation.
Billing concerns
Contact us if you believe a charge or order is incorrect so we can review the transaction and associated records. Nothing in this policy removes your rights with your issuer or payment provider.
Fraud prevention and support
Transactions may be reviewed for suspicious activity to reduce unauthorized purchases and misuse. When asking for help, provide your order number, approximate transaction date, and relevant non-sensitive details only.
Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, PayPal passwords, Apple or Google account passwords, or one-time verification codes. Mirestano Customer Support will not ask you to provide these credentials by email or phone.
