These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through mirestano.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the applicable terms concerning products, pricing, payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and customer support.
Product selection and intended use
Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, material information, included-component lists, intended uses, and care instructions where applicable. Review the current listing before ordering, especially where compatibility or available desktop space affects your selection.
Images and appearance
Colors, wood or bamboo grain, acrylic clarity, textile texture, and metal finishes may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and normal production variation. Computers, monitors, books, stationery, and other styled accessories are included only when expressly listed.
Reading stands and page holders
Check support dimensions, adjustment options, ledge design, and the intended reading material. A display easel, an acrylic page holder, and an adjustable reading stand serve different purposes. Avoid loading an item beyond its stated capabilities or forcing adjustment parts.
Bookends and display easels
Use these products on suitable stable surfaces. Consider book size, weight, shelf depth, and the placement of nearby objects. A book display product is not automatically designed to support electronic equipment.
Monitor risers and storage stands
Confirm dimensions and any stated load limits before placing equipment on a riser. Keep the stand level, position the device securely, and avoid creating an unstable overhang. Do not overload drawers or use an open drawer in a way that could destabilize the arrangement.
Dual-monitor and adjustable laptop stands
Check screen or laptop compatibility, weight requirements, mounting method, and adjustment instructions where provided. Do not assume universal compatibility. Use any required fixing or locking mechanism according to the specific instructions.
Vertical laptop dock stands
These products support upright storage of a closed laptop unless the listing expressly describes electronic functions. The word “dock” does not by itself mean that charging, data transfer, display connectivity, or other electronic features are included.
Desk mats and wrist rests
Check dimensions, materials, care guidance, and suitability for your surface. Avoid excessive heat, sharp tools, or unsuitable cleaners. A wrist rest or stand does not guarantee prevention, treatment, or relief of a medical condition.
Cable management boxes
Follow the item’s instructions and the requirements of any electrical equipment placed nearby or inside it. Keep ventilation openings clear, avoid overloaded power strips, and do not cover equipment that requires open airflow. A cable box is not a substitute for electrical protection.
Trays, file sorters, and care
Use organizers for appropriate everyday items without overloading them. Follow material-specific cleaning instructions for metal, wood, bamboo, acrylic, felt, and desk-mat surfaces. Protect equipment from liquid spills and use products only for their intended purpose.
Prices, payment, and order acceptance
Availability
Products are subject to inventory availability. Displaying an item does not guarantee that stock will remain available until an order has been processed.
Pricing
Prices may change before an order is placed. The amount displayed at checkout applies to the transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law. Checkout displays charges collected as part of the purchase.
Promotions
Promotions may have specified dates, product restrictions, quantity limits, or other conditions. Offers are not automatically combinable unless expressly stated.
Payment methods
Supported methods include PayPal, Visa, eligible Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where presented at checkout. Availability may depend on device, region, provider eligibility, and issuer authorization.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and have supplied accurate billing information. Transactions may be reviewed by the relevant provider or financial institution.
Confirmation and acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Payment authorization, inventory checks, address review, and transaction verification may still be required before fulfillment.
Refusal or cancellation
An order may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be authorized, stock is unavailable, material information is incorrect, or a necessary security review cannot be completed. Collected payment for an unfulfilled canceled order will be reversed or refunded as appropriate.
Changes requested by customers
Contact us promptly for a cancellation, product change, or address correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If an order has shipped, the return process may apply instead.
Processing, shipping, and delivery
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
Estimated transit
After dispatch, estimated transit is generally 10–15 business days to the United States; 11–16 business days to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia; and 15–20 business days to other available international destinations.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided where available. Initial carrier movement commonly appears approximately 1–3 business days after label creation.
Estimates and international charges
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Weather, holidays, customs, carrier capacity, remote destinations, or address issues may affect delivery. International duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage charges may remain the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Business days
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays. Customer-service opening hours do not change processing or banking business-day definitions.
Returns, corrections, and your rights
Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Preference-return eligibility may be affected by substantial use, stains, odors, customer-caused damage, permanent modification, or missing components.
Return instructions and destination
Contact Customer Support before shipping merchandise. The published business address is not automatically the authorized return warehouse. Administrative return instructions do not override mandatory statutory cancellation rights.
Refund timing
Eligible approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time. Mandatory legal refund deadlines take precedence.
Errors and events beyond control
Obvious typographical, technical, pricing, or product-data errors may be corrected. If a material error affects an existing order, we may contact you before proceeding. Extraordinary carrier disruptions, outages, natural events, or governmental restrictions may affect fulfillment without removing mandatory consumer rights.
Mandatory rights and updates
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing transaction.
The individual product listing and supplied instructions remain the reference for compatibility, assembly, load limits, adjustment, and care. Contact us before proceeding if a detail is unclear.
